Being in a contact sport like youth wrestling, where someone is trying to hold you down against your will teaches humility. This is truly an intensive camp in which your wrestlers will be pushed to their physical and mental limits. This youth commuter camp will focus on the techniques and drills necessary to create a strong foundational knowledge of the sport in all three positions. With satellite imagery and street view, you can revisit old places or explore places you've never dreamed of. Wrestling camp is usually designed to help serious junior high and high school wrestlers improve their skills to become champions.
